Nigeria's Premier Coordinating Body for Natural Medicine
The Nigerian Council of Physicians of Natural Medicine (NCPNM) is the recognized professional coordinating body dedicated to advancing ethical, evidence-informed, and standardized Natural Medicine practice across Nigeria.
Established with the mandate to protect public health and ensure professional excellence, NCPNM operates under the coordination framework for professional bodies in Nigeria. We work closely with the Federal Ministry of Health, the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria, and international organizations including the World Health Organization.
Also known as the Association of Practitioners of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (APCAM), the Council oversees the registration, accreditation, and continuing professional development of Natural Medicine practitioners throughout the federation.
